I can't see the hatha, bs I understand from the comment you're unhappy, haw laish! nothing is worth wasting life away with sadness hon BELIEVE YOU ME! do the thing where you replace whatever you lost with something else, do something useful, challenge yourself just take your mind off whatever upsets you cause I repeat myself, NOTHING IS WORTH IT! well not completely nothing but seriously very few is!
