I dunno whether to think it's funny or just plain racist. I clipped it out of an newspaper. Although...I personally know some families who are go through that and the kids are just lost in between. Poor kids.

Chilling in Kuwait. Doing my thing! Working, paying my dues, and LOVE MY FREINDS!! Down to earth, quiet, and crazy at times, LOVE TO PAAAARRRTTY!!!...and at the same time...just chill. I'm very family oriented cause family comes first :) Any questions?

Thank you thank you thank you. Always sad to have to spell out a comic for someone, but I appreciate it.
It is sad. :-( But ya know, it's better than the states where the norm is to dump them off at daycare facilities for ten or more hours a day. At least these children stay in their own homes with familiar surroundings, family coming and going and a sense of stability.
In the end though... if you don't want kids DON'T HAVE THEM! They deserve better. :-(
